DCD signs include frequently tripping or bumping into things, difficulty learning to ride a bike or catch a ball, messy handwriting despite effort, slow dressing and buttoning, trouble using scissors, and avoiding playground activities. These motor difficulties persist beyond the normal learning phase and affect daily school performance.
