A clinical driving assessment takes 60 to 90 minutes. The full rehab programme runs 4 to 8 weekly sessions for most stroke or TBI patients. Patients with mild deficits may need only 2 to 3 sessions. The OT clears you to drive when your skills meet safety benchmarks, not based on a fixed timeline.
